What is the site for?
canarydays.com (the site operator) publishes travel information about the Canary Islands for general, informational use. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
How accurate is the information?
We research every page from official and reputable sources and show a "checked on" date with the sources used. Even so, conditions change: prices, timetables, access permits, trail closures, sea and weather conditions can differ from what is published. The information is not professional, safety or legal advice. Before you rely on something important — especially in natural areas, at sea or in the mountains — check the official source and follow local instructions and warnings.
Who do I book with?
Canary Days does not sell travel services. When you follow a link to book accommodation, an activity or transport, the contract is between you and that third party (for example, a hotel or Booking.com), under their terms. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for its performance, prices, cancellations or refunds. Some links are affiliate links; see About for how this works.
Who owns the content?
The texts, structure and design of the site belong to canarydays.com unless stated otherwise. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution; any other reproduction requires our permission. Photos are not ours: they come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under their own licences (such as CC BY, CC BY-SA or public domain), with the author and licence credited on each page. Reuse of a photo must follow its original licence.
What are the limits of our liability?
To the extent permitted by law, canarydays.com is not liable for losses arising from the use of the information on the site, from temporary unavailability of the site, or from the content, services or privacy practices of external websites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor your rights as a consumer.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
