Parador de Cruz de Tejeda

The Parador de Cruz de Tejeda is part of Paradores, Spain's state-owned hotel chain, and is listed on Booking.com as a four-star hotel. It sits at the Cruz de Tejeda pass in the centre of Gran Canaria, a crossroads of island roads and walking trails.

Its spa is built around a hydrothermal pool surrounded by pine trees with views over the caldera; places are limited, so Paradores asks guests to book spa sessions in advance.
